Dated August 10, 2026This privacy notice for ANTFUN (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), including the ANTFUN mobile application and related products.   1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Your username / display name

  • Your email address

  • Public cryptocurrency wallet addresses and related on-chain / trading activity you initiate through the Services

  • Invite codes and referral information

  • Profile information, posts, messages, media, and other content you submit in chat, groups, live rooms, or social features

Wallet security notice

Private keys, recovery phrases (mnemonics), and wallet passwords are stored on your device and are not uploaded to ANTFUN servers.If you choose to create an encrypted backup, that backup is encrypted and stored with the cloud provider you select; we do not receive your unencrypted private keys or recovery phrases.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information may include device and usage information, such as:

  • IP address

  • Device type, operating system, language preferences, device name

  • App version and distribution channel (for example, APK, Google Play, or iOS)

  • Device identifiers and diagnostic / crash data

  • Approximate location derived from technical data (where applicable)

  • Information about how and when you use our Services (for example, feature usage, trading-related request metadata needed to operate the Services)

  • Other technical information needed to maintain security and operate our Services

Like many businesses, we may also collect information through cookies and similar technologies on our websites.

Information from permissions you grant

When you use certain features, we may access:

  • Camera — for profile images, QR codes, chat media, or live features

  • Microphone — for voice messages, voice rooms, or live audio

  • Photos / media library — when you choose to upload or share images, files, or media

These permissions are requested only when needed for the corresponding feature.


  1. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. So you can create and log in to your account, and keep it working.

  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of Services to the user. Including wallet display, trading and market features, chat/groups, live rooms, invites, and related product functions.

  • To respond to user inquiries / offer support.

  • To send administrative information to you. Such as product updates, security notices, and changes to terms or policies.

  • To fulfill and manage transactions you initiate. Including trade-related requests, order status, and records needed to operate the Services.

  • To enable user-to-user communications. Including chat, group, and live interactions you choose to use.

  • To request feedback.

  • To protect our Services. Including fraud monitoring, abuse prevention, risk controls, and security.

  • To identify usage trends. So we can understand and improve the Services.

  • To determine the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns (where applicable and lawful).

  • To save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.


  1. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples may include:

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers

  • Analytics and crash reporting providers

  • Chat / messaging infrastructure providers

  • Audio / video and live streaming providers

  • Push notification providers

  • Payment, on-ramp, or blockchain infrastructure providers (where you use those features)

We have contracts in place with our third parties designed to help safeguard your personal information. They should not do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it, and they should not share your personal information with any organization apart from us except as needed to provide the contracted services or as required by law. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.We may also disclose information:

  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of ANTFUN, our users, or others

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money.


  1. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, dApps, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements or content from third parties that are not affiliated with us. The Services may also include information obtained from third-party websites or sources.Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties or their data, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link toward (or presentation of data relating to) a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us.We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly regarding your questions.


  1. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) on our websites to access or store information, operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage.


  1. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment, and you remain solely responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet credentials, private keys, and recovery phrases.


  1. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.   1. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.


  1. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (for example, backups).

Your rights with respect to your personal data (CCPA / CPRA-style rights)

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions

  • Be informed about whether we collect and use your personal information, the categories collected, purposes of use, whether we sell or share personal information, categories disclosed for a business purpose, and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (subject to legal limits)

  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

  • Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable

  • Object to processing, request correction, or ask to restrict processing, where applicable

  • Designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf (we may deny a request if the agent does not submit proof of valid authorization)

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity. These verification efforts may require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us.   1. DO VIRGINIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Yes. If you are a resident of Virginia, you may be granted specific rights regarding access to and use of your personal information under the Virginia CDPA.

Your rights with respect to your personal data

  • Right to be informed whether or not we are processing your personal data

  • Right to access your personal data

  • Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data

  • Right to request deletion of your personal data

  • Right to obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with us

  • Right to opt out of the processing of your personal data if it is used for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects

Exercise your rights

Contact us by email at support@ant.fun.If you are using an authorized agent, we may deny a request if the agent does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.

Verification and timing

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify you and your request. Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.

Right to appeal

If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning. If you wish to appeal, please email support@ant.fun. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.


  1. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” / “Dated” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
