Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Welcome to ANT.FUN! These terms of service, along with any documents and additional terms they incorporate by reference (collectively, these "Terms of Service"), are entered into between ANT.FUN ("ANT.FUN," "we," "us," and "our") and you, or the company or other legal entity that you represent ("you" or "your").

By accessing or using the Services in any way, you represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service; (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us; and (3) you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Your use of, and participation in, certain Services may be subject to Supplemental Terms, which will either be listed in the Terms of Service or will be presented to you for your acceptance when you sign up to use the supplemental Service. If the Terms of Service are inconsistent with the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms shall control with respect to such Service.

The Services allow users to track and analyze on-chain data across multiple blockchains, create customized channels for monitoring wallet addresses, and access real-time trading insights.

ANT.FUN IS NOT A BROKER, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR INTERMEDIARY AND IS IN NO WAY YOUR AGENT, ADVISOR, OR CUSTODIAN. ANT.FUN PROVIDES AN ANALYTICS AND MONITORING PLATFORM THAT ALLOWS USERS TO TRACK ON-CHAIN DATA AND CREATE CUSTOMIZED MONITORING CHANNELS. ANT.FUN HAS NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP OR OBLIGATION TO YOU REGARDING ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIVITIES THAT YOU EFFECT IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. UNLESS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, WE DO NOT HOST OR MAINTAIN THE BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS OR SMART CONTRACTS ACCESSIBLE ON OUR SERVICES, AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY TRANSACTIONS ON SUCH PLATFORMS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY ANT.FUN IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. When changes are made, ANT.FUN will make a new copy of the Terms of Service Agreement available within the Services and any new Supplemental Terms will be made available from within, or through, the affected Service. We will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms of Service Agreement. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately for new users of the Website and/or Services and will be effective thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the Website and/or Services for existing users of the Services. If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you shall stop using the Website and/or the Services. Otherwise, your continued use of the Website and/or Services constitutes your acceptance of such change(s).

DEFINITIONS

"Channel" means a customized monitoring setup that allows users to track specific wallet addresses and their activities across supported blockchains.

"Services" means the ANT.FUN platform, including but not limited to the website, monitoring tools, analytics features, and channel management system.

"User Content" means any content that users create or share through the Services, including but not limited to channel configurations and watchlists.

"Wallet" means a cryptocurrency wallet that users can connect to the Services for enhanced monitoring and tracking capabilities.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ANT.FUN provides the following core services:

  1. Multi-chain Monitoring: Track wallet activities and transactions across multiple blockchain networks.

  2. Channel System: Create and manage up to 5 free channels, each capable of monitoring up to 200 wallet addresses.

  3. Analytics Tools: Access real-time data and insights about on-chain activities.

  4. Customizable Alerts: Set up notifications for specific on-chain events and activities.

  5. Referral Program: Participate in our referral program to earn rewards and benefits.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

  1. To access certain features of the Services, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any credentials used to access the Services.

  3. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  4. Each user is limited to 5 free channels, with each channel capable of tracking up to 200 wallet addresses.

USER CONDUCT

You agree that you will not:

  1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

  2. Attempt to exceed or circumvent the channel and address tracking limits

  3. Share or distribute access to your channels with unauthorized users

  4. Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Services

  5. Use automated systems or bots to access the Services without our permission

  6. Interfere with other users' access to the Services

FEES AND PAYMENT

  1. Basic Services: The basic features of ANT.FUN, including 5 channels with 200 wallet addresses each, are provided free of charge.

  2. Premium Features: Additional features or increased limits may be subject to fees as outlined on our website.

  3. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice to users.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  1. We prioritize the privacy and security of user data.

  2. All sensitive data is encrypted and stored securely.

  3. We do not share user data with third parties without consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANT.FUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  2. Any loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency assets

  3. Any damages arising from:

    • Use or inability to use the Services

    • Any unauthorized access to your account

    • Any interruption or cessation of the Services

    • Any blockchain network issues or failures

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TERMINATION

  1. You may stop using the Services at any time.

  2. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.

  3. Upon termination, you will lose access to your channels and monitoring setups.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the website or email.
