# Importing a Wallet

### Importing a Wallet

Users who already have an existing wallet can import it into ANT.FUN where supported.

#### Before Importing

Users confirm:

* They are using the official ANT.FUN app or website.
* The device is secure.
* The wallet recovery phrase or private key is correct.
* They understand the risk of entering self-custody credentials.

#### After Importing

After importing, users can:

* View wallet balances.
* Send and receive assets.
* Open transaction history.
* Use supported trading features.
* Select the wallet in trading screens.
* Manage wallet labels and accounts.

If a wallet contains significant assets, users consider device security, password security, and operational separation between long-term holdings and active trading.
